Janitor

I am the point of contact for all (new) residents and organization. They can come to me for all their questions but also for matters of a domestic and technical nature. I supervise, check the common rooms and take care of minor and major maintenance. I also take care of the delivery of the rooms at the start and end of the student's rental period.

I am also responsible for making sure the house rules are followed and that everything stays neat and tidy. Also outside or around the building I find it important that everything is neat and clean.

All residents can reach me in the morning at the office, via mail, phone and WhatsApp. I consider the well-being of the residents very important and would like them to be able to reach me easily. Hospitality is very important to me!
